Congratulations...

Music Producing Mom...

Another day of producing and completing the instrumentals for another song, yaaay! Now it's time to start on the vocals, and then I'll be done.Hopefully the vocal recording won't take long.

I might have to wait until later on tonight, after my children are asleep to record though.The volume around our house can stay pretty high during the day (smiles)...

So I've found a way to still stay productive with my music, by working on it at night too... It's all a part of being a music producing mom I guess!

A Great Job...

After church service Sunday, our oldest daughter had to sing at another church with her school's Gospel choir, as part of her grade for this nine weeks,

and they did a great job. God has truly blessed their choir director with a gift of patience to work with the youth, and a good "ear" for knowing what pitch every student should be singing in!

Well Worth It...

Since the eleven o'clock hour today, I have been hard at work producing music. It's now the eight o'clock hour as I take another break to type this post, I am still at it.

The process is not always easy, but knowing that I am in the will of God for my life, doing what I am supposed to, with the gifts he has Blessed me with, is well worth it!

Beautiful Vocal Range...

We attended our oldest daughter's Gospel choir performance this week, and really enjoyed it.

The kids did a great job, and had very beautiful vocal range. It sounded like they actually did put in a lot of practice.Their voices blended very well!

Gospel Choir Performance...

Our oldest daughter will be having her first Gospel choir performance of the year next week. We are so proud of her, after having those after school practices, now us parents will finally get to see,what our children have been up to!

I remember when I was in Gospel choir at school,that seems like only a few years ago... and now I will get to see my child doing the same thing. It's at moments like this, that I realize how old I am (smiles) and how fast time really does fly... WOW!

A Simple Thank You...

Last week I had mentioned a website that I was glad to have found, and felt would be very helpful in getting more exposure as an Indie Gospel artist.

I am still enjoying the site so far (RadioAirplay.com), and wanted to say "Thank You" to those that took the time to listen to and support my music this week.

I thank God for another opportunity, to be a Blessing to others through music!
