Do You Hear The Trumpet...

This Sunday's message was titled "Do You Hear The Trumpet". Explaining from a spiritual point of view. The disturbing signs of the times that represent the sword and God's truth which represents the trumpet.

How we must take heed to these signs, by living lives that reflect Holiness, and blow the trumpet by being a witness to others about Salvation through Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38-39) before it's too late.

Ezekiel 33:3-5 ~If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people;Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head.He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. Are You On God's Side...

Mending Your Ways...

The topic of this Sunday's message was about "Mending Your Ways". How there is a great need for genuinely repenting, and getting your life right with God... For receiving Salvation, and being determined to live a Holy life,

both inside the church and outside the church.Then at the closing of the message, we were left with this question... Examine yourself... are you really in right standing with God... if you died today, where would you spend eternity?

Jeremiah 6:15 ~Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore they shall fall among them that fall: at the time that I visit them they shall be cast down, saith the Lord.

Having Love For The Church...

This Wednesday nights bible study was about having love for the church,and living a life of salvation. Set apart from the world for the glory of God.

Philippians 1:6 ~Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Hebrews 10:25 ~Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Seeing Souls Saved...

This Wednesday nights bible study was about Evangelizing, and looking forward to witnessing to others, seeing souls saved, and creating church growth!

Acts 2:37-41 ~Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Step Over Into...

Living this life is not about having a certain type of job, college degree, title, or earthly status...but it's about what we are doing for the up building of Gods Kingdom, with the time that we have here.

Only what's done for Christ will last...and all earthly, carnal, and sinful things will burn up...but Salvation, and living a Holy life will step over into Gods glorious eternity!

They Can Be...

Thanking God right now, for the new soul that was saved and filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost on today, Praise God!!!!!

I feel the Anointing of God, just thinking about it!(smiles) I'm also continuing to pray for others that want to know how they can be saved too!

Be On Fire...

This Wednesday's bible study was about Paul's first, second, and third missionary journey, how we should be on fire, and excited

about doing missionary work, and the importance of telling others about the Gospel and how to be saved. (Acts: 2:38-39)

Begin To Experience...

As a saved people we don't have to feel like we would be happier if the world loved us. Don't change or compromise in order to think you'll be better loved or received by the world.

God's love and all he has to offer us through Salvation... is ALWAYS more than enough to sustain our need for Love, Joy, Peace, and CONTENTMENT in this world.

Also pray for the unsaved today, that they too will receive salvation Acts 2:38-39, and begin a BEYOND AWESOME walk with the one true living God, that's available to us all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!

A Living Example...

As I read the book of Titus today, I enjoyed a very sobering study of how Titus had the responsibility of setting the church at Crete in order, and how important it is for us as a saved people,

to continue being a living example of what is right and Holy. Keeping the working out of our salvation as the most important thing in our lives!

Titus 2:11-12~ For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

It's Beyond Awesome...

It's beyond awesome, to have salvation as the foundation of your life, and when you follow God's lead, by obeying him and what he says in his word. It will keep every area of your life, built upon a rock!

Happy New Year 2014...

I am so excited and expecting great things for the year ahead. Thinking about all of the new souls that will receive their Salvation this year Acts(2:38).

I feel that God has really been dealing with certain individuals, that are now ready to make a spiritual change in their lives.

I am happy for them, and I celebrate in advance. By faith great change has come, Happy New Year!
